Gina Marie Hoffman Smith, worked at hospital
Gina Marie Hoffman Smith, 47, of Warrenton, died June 24 at her home. She was born Nov. 28, 1960, in McHenry, Ill., to the late Joe Hoffman and Barbara Wirtz Foote.
Mrs. Smith was a longtime employee at the Fauquier Hospital and Dr. Jeffrey Harris, DDS, in Warrenton.
She is survived by her two daughters, Amy Harlow of Winchester and Tracy Warwick of Knoxville, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
Also surviving are her sister, Pamela Hewitt, and brother, Brett Hoffman, of McHenry.
The funeral service was held June 30 at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton.
