A Fauquier County grand jury on Monday indicted 42 people. They are:
David Michael Becker of Ashland on a felony count of possession of heroin.
Jeffrey Alan Boggs on a felony count of burglary and a felony count of possession with intent to distribute stolen property.
Micah Emanuel Bryan of Alexandria on a felony count of attempted possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a felony count of providing a false statement on a firearms form.
Sally Fincham Butler of Culpeper on a felony count of possession of cocaine.
Richard Allen Cameron of Front Royal on a felony count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Jason Charriez of Manassas on a felony count of possession of cocaine.
Kevin Shaun Clifford of Culpeper on a felony count of possession of heroin.
Faustino Sanchez Cortez of Santa Ana, Calif., on a felony count of possession of cocaine.
Elmer Alton Cox of Warrenton on a felony count of receiving stolen property worth more than $200.
Larry Edward Dawson II of Remington on a felony count of grand larceny and a felony count of burglary.
