A Fauquier County grand jury indicted 30 people on Monday. They are:Denise Ann Aime of Culpeper on a felony count of grand larceny.
James Robert Allen of Washington on a felony count of abduction; and a felony count of assault and battery.
Gary Lee Allison of Marshall on a felony count of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer; and a felony count of possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony.
Maria Caridad Bigley of Marshall on a felony count of felony embezzlement.
William S. Chichester Jr. of Warrenton on a felony count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within 10 years); and a felony count of driving on a highway endangering the life, limb or property of another while having a revoked license; and one felony count of driving on a highway on a revoked license.
Lorrie Lee Coates of Woodbridge on a felony count of larceny of $200 or more with intent to distribute; and a felony count of grand larceny.
Santos A. Cortez-Rodrigiez of Warrenton on a felony count of involuntary manslaughter (while under the influence); and a misdemeanor count of DUI.
