Grand jury indicts 30

A Fauquier County grand jury indicted 30 people on Monday. They are:
  • Denise Ann Aime of Culpeper on a felony count of grand larceny.

  • James Robert Allen of Washington on a felony count of abduction; and a felony count of assault and battery.

  • Gary Lee Allison of Marshall on a felony count of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer; and a felony count of possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony.

  • Maria Caridad Bigley of Marshall on a felony count of felony embezzlement.

  • William S. Chichester Jr. of Warrenton on a felony count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within 10 years); and a felony count of driving on a highway endangering the life, limb or property of another while having a revoked license; and one felony count of driving on a highway on a revoked license.

  • Lorrie Lee Coates of Woodbridge on a felony count of larceny of $200 or more with intent to distribute; and a felony count of grand larceny.

  • Santos A. Cortez-Rodrigiez of Warrenton on a felony count of involuntary manslaughter (while under the influence); and a misdemeanor count of DUI.

  • James Ray Crews of Nokesville on a felony count of object sexual penetration; and a felony count of forcible sodomy.

  • Gary Lee Dean Jr. of Warrenton on a felony count of grand larceny; and a felony count of receipt of stolen property or currency.

  • Nathan Mitchell Demarr of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., on a felony count of use of a cell phone to expose to a minor.

  • Jose Grayton Duran of Marchall on a felony count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; and two felony counts of distribute cocaine.

  • Tracy Montgomery Franklin of Culpeper on four felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses; eight felony counts of forgery; and eight felony counts of uttering.

  • Michael Royal Freeman Jr. of Culpeper on one felony count of making a false statement on a firearms form; and one felony count of attempt to purchase of a firearm by a convicted felon.

  • Christopher Allen Gray of Culpeper on a felony count of grand larceny.

  • Martin Berumen Gutierrez of no known address on a felony count of possession of cocaine (a Schedule II controlled substance).

  • Jevone W. Johnson of Manassas on a felony count of larceny of $200 or more with intent to distribute; and a felony count of grand larceny.

  • Nicholas James Madden of Linden on a felony count of possession of heroin.

  • Alicia Kristine McVearry of Amissville on a felony count of obtaining a prescription by fraud.

  • Ryan Kendall Moore of Amissville on a felony count of grand larceny and a felony count of burglary.

  • John Edward Morton of Warrenton on a felony count of possession of cocaine; and a felony count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

  • Anna M. Pugh of Warrenton on a felony count of failure to appear after being convicted of a felony.

  • Diana Kelly Reeves of Herndon on a felony count of uttering two checks within 90 days; and a felony count of obtaining more than $200 by false pretenses.

  • Victor Anthony Scalerico of Warrenton on a felony count of possession of morphine.

  • Tearrelavelle Michael Simpson of Perris, Calif., on a felony count of forcible sodomy.

  • Michael Preston Thompson of The Plains on a felony count of credit card theft; and a felony count of credit card forgery.

  • Francis Thomas Tierney of Bealeton on a felony count of eluding.

  • Dean Alan Weymouth of Manassas on a felony count of carnal knowledge of a 13 or 14-year-old with force.

  • Johnny Carlton Wharton of Culpeper on a felony count of possession of heroin.
