The Plains This Week: Weekend VBS at Grace Church
Did you feel the shift in power? Like a cog railroad, the season had been chugging up the hill of a spring season and now the upward force has stopped at summer's peak and the car begins its free fall towards autumn.
The locust trees have traded their blue-green clouds for a brownish mist. The day lilies are shouting the news — high summer is here and the living is easy.
Grace Church is making going to summer Bible School a unique experience. If you act quickly, your child can be transported back in time.
Marketplace 29 AD, Vacation Bible School at Grace Church opens on Friday, July 25, at 3 p.m. for a weekend experience reliving Bible times, events, occupations and relationships. The program is open to all children ages 3 and older. Registration and information forms are available at the church or by calling (540) 253-5177.
