Plan to surf at Bethel VBS
Beach Party: Surfin' Through the Scriptures is the theme of this year's Vacation Bible School at Bethel United Methodist Church, 6-8 p.m. July 21-25.

Berrios guest speaker July 6
Liberty Community Church has announced that Evangelist Angel Berrios will be the guest speaker for the monthly Night of Worship service at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 6. The Spanish-speaking community is welcome to join in. The service will be in Spanish and English.

VBS at Marshall UMC starts July 7
Marshall United Methodist Church will have its Vacation Bible School 9 a.m. to noon July 7-11.
The theme this year is "Surf Through the Scriptures." Students will be taken on an exciting journey to the ocean where they will learn the basics of surfing and riding the wave of God's love. They will come home with a new Beach-Be Attitude of being obedient, kind, forgiving, bold, and believing.

Mark July 12 and 19 on calendar
Morrisville United Methodist Church invites everyone to a new, fun day of Vacation Bible School activities on Saturday, July 19. This one-day event will include all the favorite VBS activities, including music, lessons, crafts, food and fellowship, all with a great summer beach theme.
Registrations can be taken at the church office, (540) 439-2594, or by coming on July 19. At the end of the VBS day, families and friends are encouraged to join them for an ice cream social. More details to follow in this column and at the church phone number.
Just a week before VBS, on Saturday, July 12, join the United Methodist Men's Group as they serve up their annual pancake and sausage breakfast at the Fauquier County Fair.

Plan now to hear Karp speak at Warrenton Bible
Dennis Karp of Chosen People Ministries will be speaking at Warrenton Bible Fellowship on Sunday, July 20. He will share his experiences of the last year as he has been witnessing the gospel to Jewish people in Israel.

Surf's up at Wesley Chapel
Wesley Chapel UMC is gearing up for their Vacation Bible School. This year's theme is "Beach Party: Surfin' Through the Scriptures." Let's all get ready to surf and catch the wave of God's love.
